AI Image, Video and Media Processing

AI is optional; specific notice and required separate consent precede uploading/processing. Terms consent is not consent to external/overseas AI transfers. Refusal leaves unrelated services available. The Chinese text prevails in case of differences, subject to mandatory law.

1. Inputs and purpose

Pet creation uses selected images/descriptions: OpenAI vision analyzes appearance; companion image creation primarily uses Volcengine Ark Seedream, with OpenAI-compatible image processing through PPTOKEN as a possible safe fallback. Animation uses companion images/action instructions with Seedance and subsequent frame processing. Action learning uses the selected video segment, necessary frames and companion image: multimodal analysis examines necessary selected frames and Seedance generates actions. Format/length/selection limits are checked before submission; the whole photo library is not uploaded. Focus media on pets and remove family, children, addresses, IDs, screens and unrelated private data by cropping/obscuring. Upload only lawfully authorized material. Tap audio is storage/playback, not AI voice cloning.

2. Recipients and regions

Companion images primarily send reference images and generation instructions to Ark Seedream. If the primary service clearly does not accept the request, explicitly fails, or returns an unusable result and safe fallback conditions are met, the same references and instructions may be sent to PPTOKEN OpenAI-compatible image APIs. Rollback settings and historical tasks may also use that image API directly. Vision and multimodal analysis still use PPTOKEN OpenAI-compatible APIs. The relevant references, necessary frames and instructions reach that intermediary, which arranges downstream processing. Its legal operator, server regions, logging retention and downstream chain remain unconfirmed. No domestic-only or entire-chain 30-day deletion guarantee is made. Model names do not identify every recipient.

Seedream companion images and Seedance video use Beijing Volcengine Technology Co., Ltd.'s Ark platform, currently configured to its Beijing mainland-China endpoint; model delivery may involve affiliates. Ark terms describe no training/optimization without separate customer consent, but account authorization/reward settings must be checked. Review, voluntarily requested support, abnormal alerts and enabled logs/caches may retain data under their rules. A generated URL's 24-hour download window is not proof of deletion of every request/review/support record. See Ark Terms.

Processing elsewhere in the chain may occur abroad; a domestic endpoint does not prove domestic-only processing. Before a call, actual providers/downstream recipients, contacts, purpose, data, regions, retention and rights route must be specifically disclosed. Personal-data export also needs required separate consent/procedures. Without sufficient notice/authorization, related personal data should not be sent; cancellation/return should remain. This notice does not claim AI registration, filing or export procedures have been completed; website/app filings are not AI-compliance approval.

3. Permission and retention

You retain lawful input rights and grant only non-exclusive necessary service permission, not permanent training, advertising or unlimited-purpose permission. We do not proactively publish private input; you choose recipients for sharing/export. Providers need purpose/security limits and actual disclosed retention; we do not promise unverified third-party zero retention/no training. Submitted task media/results follow account/task retention and cleanup on resource/account deletion. Unsubmitted learning uploads enter cleanup after 24 hours. Failure/old-resource cleanup may require asynchronous retry. Local deletion is not simultaneous provider deletion. Necessary security retention must have disclosed periods/use limits; minimum lawfully retained records are not used for new creation.

4. Fees and output

Membership/card/resource requirements appear before use. Membership does not mean unlimited calls. Queues, time, success and output depend on media, model, platform and network. Output may differ from references, be inaccurate/inconsistent/similar to others; exclusivity/copyright are not guaranteed. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, safety or educational outcomes. Resources are reserved, committed on delivery and released on terminal failure without delivery; pending retries may retain them. Contact support with task IDs for wrong charges/missing returns. Dislike alone does not guarantee a free remake; defects and statutory refunds remain. See Membership Rules.

5. Sharing and withdrawal

Follow explicit/implicit AI labeling law, preserve required labels, avoid misrepresentation/infringement. Personal use remains subject to law/third-party rights; verify commercial permissions. Stop submissions or email for withdrawal, access, copies/deletion. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Already submitted tasks that cannot be recalled should be stopped where feasible, with limits explained. We cannot recall public shares or copies lawfully obtained by others. Material recipient/region/purpose/input changes require updated notice and necessary renewed consent, not reuse of old permission.
